SHIPPING TIME

 Please allow up to 2-6 days  (excluding holidays) for orders within Việt Nam and 7 to 14 days ( excluding holidays) for international orders.

• For all international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.
• If you are having trouble placing your order or want to know the time frame for delivery please email info@dramaqueen.vn. We will do everything we can to help you.
• We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. Please see the list below of countries we currently ship to. If your country is on the list and you are still having trouble placing your order, please contact us at info@dramaqueen.vn.
• We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.
• All of our rings are standard US sizes. 

**Special orders: custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. **

RETURNS & MODIFICATIONS

Drama Queen VN is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. 

RETURNS

Drama Queen  team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, we do not accept returns for hygienic reasons but we offer  6 month warranty for all Gold-Plated products. 

WARRANTY

Flamingo by Drama Queen's products are made of high-quality Stainless Steel, then  dipped in 14K _ 18K Gold for a long lasting wear. We offer a 6 month warranty for all GOLD- PLATED products on materials and workmanship. Flamingo by Drama Queen will replace or repair any proven to be defective goods within 6 months from the purchased date.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once orders are made. 

PRICE ADJUSTMENT POLICY

We are unable to offer price adjustments for previous purchases. Prices can fluctuate due to consumer demand, trends and other contingencies. Offers cannot be combined or used retroactively.
