Drama Queen Jewelry is made with pride and we use 100% recycled gold. 

Please email info@dramaqueen.vn  if you have any urgent shipping requests, and be sure to choose the appropriate delivery option. 

After your payment has cleared and your order is completed at checkout you will receive an automated email of your invoice. Please note this email may be located in your SPAM/JUNK folder if you are ordering from us for the first time.

We truly appreciate your support of our products. If any issues arise with your order, we will communicate with you immediately and work to resolve it. 

We ship all of our items with FEDEX or DHL. When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an automated email including your FEDEX or DHL tracking number.

We insure shipments on all orders. For legal purposes, the value of your shipment is non-negotiable and must directly reflect the cost of the jewelry.

We aim to make our products available globally. 

We do offer international shipping.  There is no shipping FEE for orders over $200 USD (5,000,000 VND). For orders under $200 USD (5,000,000 VND), a flat $25 USD shipping fee applies. 

We are actively working to find the best international shipping rates for our overseas customers, so please be patient with us.

For all international orders, please note that the customer is responsible for any tax and duty fees on orders required to go through customs. We are unable to pre-calculate this fee for you as the cost is determined by each country’s customs.

Please allow up to 2-6 days  (excluding holidays) for orders within Việt Nam and 7 to 14 days ( excluding holidays) for international orders.

We aim to make our products available globally, but unfortunately there are some countries that we are prohibited by law to ship fine jewelry to. Please see the list below of countries we currently ship to. If your country is on the list and you are still having trouble placing your order, please contact us at info@dramaqueen.vn.

We are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit. Please include a note with your name and order number with the package when shipped back to us. We do NOT refund shipping charges on return items.

All of our rings are standard US sizes. 

**Special orders: custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be returned unless the item is damaged or we made a mistake. **

Drama Queen VN is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

Drama Queen  team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. However, we do not accept returns for hygienic reasons but we offer  6 month warranty for all Gold-Plated products. 

Flamingo by Drama Queen's products are made of high-quality Stainless Steel, then dipped in 14K _ 18K Gold for a long lasting wear. We offer 6 months warranty for all GOLD- PLATED products on materials and workmanship. Flamingo by Drama Queen will replace or repair any proven to be defective goods within 6 months from the purchased date. We've got your back.

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund less a 3% processing fee. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to up to a 50% restocking fee based on the materials of the piece and the amount of work that has been completed. Custom pieces/personalized pieces cannot be cancelled once orders are made.
